COVID policies

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my wedding date due to COVID restrictions?

A.

As long as it is being moved to a date I am currently available and your originally contracted wedding date is more than 45 days away, I will transfer the contract and money paid to a new date within 365 days of your originally contracted date once with no additional fees.

In order to reschedule, you MUST contact me prior to rescheduling to request a list of my available options or provide me with a list of dates you are considering so that we can work together to transfer your date.

Q. What if you're not available for any of the dates we are considering?

A. If you have limited options due to venue availability or other vendors and I'm not able to accommodate your new wedding date, you will have two options:

1.  I can find a substitute artist to fill in for me on your wedding date.  They will receive all my trial notes so they can replicate your look for your wedding date, or you can schedule a paid trial with them before the wedding to make sure you're comfortable with them.  Trials are done on their terms and at their rate.  I will never substitute another artist whose skills and professionalism do not match my own.  It would be an artist whom I've worked with and hired before as an assistant for weddings, so you can rest assured you're getting the same quality!

2.  You can choose to cancel the contract moving forward, and no additional monies will be due.  You can then research and hire a replacement artist of your choosing.

Please keep in mind that for both options, no refunds will be given for any payments made as that is a non-refundable retainer to compensate for the hours of work behind the scenes prior to your wedding date in addition to the work required to reschedule and coordinate changes amongst staff already booked for your date or replacements needed.

Q. What if I decide to cancel my wedding?

A. My standard cancellation policy is in effect.  As long as your date is more than 45 days out, you may cancel for any reason and no additional monies are due.  Any payments made are non-refundable under the terms of the contract.  If your wedding date is within 45 days, the remaining balance is still owed.
